Visit VersiTech Account login screen at https://apps.versitechgh.com. Enter your Email and Password to login. You can also use the "sign in with Google option"
To create your free VersiTech Account visit the signup screen at https://apps.versitechgh.com/signup. Enter your email and set a strong password! You can also use the "sign up with Google" option. A token code will be sent to your email immediately.
Secondly, to enjoy all the features of your account, click on "Verify Email" on the blue banner on top of your dashboard after login. Use the token code that was sent to your email. If you did not receive it click on "Resend verification token" to resend the token to your email. Check your spam or update or promotion folder for the token. Make sure you used the correct email.

Login to your VersiTech Account. From the menu click on "Settings". Click on Security Settings tab. Enter your New Password. To confirm your changes, enter your Old Password and click on "Change Password" button to save.
Yes! You can with different signup details. This is not necessary since you can access all VersiTech apps with just one VersiTech account.
Login to your VersiTech Account. From the menu click on on "Settings", and make the necessary changes you want. When done click on "Save Changes" button, and follow on screen verfication process to save changes.
Go to the login screen and click on "Forgot password?" link. Choose your method of verification- either by phone or email. If by phone then enter your phone number or if by email then enter your email address, and click on "Reset password". Enter the code received to confirm. Go ahead and set your new password. Note: The phone number or email should be the one you used for creating your business account.
Kindly check if the phone number and the Email address you provided are correct. If you are receiving the verification code via email, kindly check your spam or promotion folder, but if by SMS, do wait a while because your mobile service provider may delay. If you are still not receiving the code , try again or contact support by using the whatsapp button on the right bottom of your screen. Or click HERE and call any of the numbers available.
When your subscription is approaching expiration or has expired, you will receive notifications as a reminder.
Login to your account, click on "Wallet" on the left menu. From the top right you can make your payments. Enter the amount and click on "Pay". On the next payment window, fill in your Visa/Master card details or your Mobile Money detals and click on "Pay". If you used Visa/Master card follow the process if any OTP or PIN is needed. If you used Mobile Money, kindly follow the necessary approval steps from your phone.
Payment is either made via Visa/Master card or Mobile Money.
After payment is successfully done, you can subscribe to any of the apps available. From the left menu click on "Apps". From the main window click on any of the apps you want to suscribe to view more details. Click on subscribe and enter the number of months you want.
After every successful payment, receipts with payment details are sent to you, both via Email and SMS. Records of payments are also available in your account
From your accoun menu click on Apps. Select VPOS from the list of available apps. Click on subscribe. From the pop up window, enter the numbe of months and click on continue. If your wallet balance is insufficient, kindly top up your account wallet using the payment procedure above.
From your account menu, click on "My Apps", and click on "Go to VPOS". On the VPOS details page click on "Go to VPOS" button to access VPOS management system. You will be redirected shortly.
1. Create your Products: Click on Production from the left menu.
2. Create your Shops or business branches: Click on shops from the left menu. From the top right click on the create button to and your shop name, description and location.
3. Create Warehouse: (If your business uses warehouse). Click on WareHouses from the left menu and select create from the top right. Enter the name of your warehouse, add description and location.
You can create 3 shops branches with the current license.
From your VersiTech Account, click on "My Apps" from the menu, and click on VPOS. On the VPOS details page click on "Extend Expiry" button on top right corner. Enter the number of months you want to extend and click on continue. If your wallet is insufficent kindly top up your wallet.
Login as a business admin or a sales person with "Users" privileges. Click on "Go to VPOS" to access VPOS business dashboard. Select Users from the left menu, and click on "Add User" button from the top right. enter the user's VersiTech Account email and click on add user. To assign privileges to a user, click on View User and turn on the switch for the appropriate privileges. Select the shop you want the user to work in and click on Save when done.
If the user does not have VersiTech Account, he/she should create one before this step.
Login as a business admin or a sales person with "Users" privileges. Click on "Go to VPOS"to access VPOS business dashboard. Select Users from the left menu. From the list of users, click on View User for the user you want to edit. After editing, click on Save USer.
Login to your account and click on "Go to app" to VPOS business dashboard. Select Users from the left menu.
Login as a business admin. Click on "Go to VPOS" to access VPOS business dashboard. Select Users from the left menu. From the list of users, click on View User for the user you want to change shop. Go to Shop and select the desired shop. After changing, click on Save User.
Login as a business admin. Click on "Go to VPOS" to access VPOS business dashboard. Select Users from the left menu. From the list of users, click on View User for the user you want to delete and delete the user.
Login to your account and proceed to VPOS business dashboard. Select Report from the left menu and click on Generate Report button from the top right corner. Make the desired selections and click on "Generate" to get the PDF of your report. All previously generated reports are saved for you to access them anytime. You can also delete them if you wish.

From your VPOS dashboard click on "Production" from the left menu. Select the products you want by turning on the switch beside each product.
Click on Transfer button. Select the shop you want to move the product(s) to, enter the quantity to move, and click on Transfer.
Click on "Production" from the left menu. Click on the Categories tab to add a new category. You can also edit an existing category by clciking on the pencil besides the category name.
From your VPOS dashboard click on "Shops" from the left menu. Select the shop you want to record expenses in. From the Expenses tab click on Create to record new expenses.
From your VPOS dashboard click on "Make Sales" from the left menu. You can add item by using a barcode scanner or search items by name using the search box.
Use the "+" or "-" to increase or decrease quantity of an item.
To delete an item, just click on the dustbin icon besides the item.
When all is done click on "Checkout" button. Enter the amount, select the mode of payment (MoMo, Cash or Credit/Debit card) and click on Submit. If you are making a sale for a rergistered customer, make sure to select the customer from the customer list box. You can also seacrh by entering the cutomer name
To make multiple sales, click on "+ Add Sales" on the top right corner.
Follow the printer manual to connect the printer to your computer. Install the printer drivers. Make the necessary printer and paper configurations.
By default, the quality of the printed receipt is standard. You can increase your printer resolution if possible to increase the quality of the receipt during the printer configurations.
You also need to adjust the scale during printing to meet the paper size.

Fast moving items are products that are in higher demand. That's to say customers really buy those products at a higher rate.
Slow moving items at the other hand means those products are not in a higher demand. This is to help you decide which products to purchase more during restocking to avoid lose of money.
